Getting together with fellow Christians in a smaller
setting, facilitates mutual support and encouragement in
understanding the TRUTH from God. Applying that to our
lives will let God shape and mature us to His glory. In
our small groups, we study the Bible, pray, and have
fellowship.(see Acts 2:42-47).
A
small group is a great place where believers give and
receive. It is a place where relationships develop and
trust grows deep. And it is a safe place, where you can
ask questions you have been struggling with for a long
time. For many of us, away from our home country, it
becomes a real support network and 'family away from
home'. Small groups get together on a regular basis,
often on an evening during the week. There are several
small groups, so it's almost guaranteed that there is
one in your neighborhood.
